The short answer

Royal Palm Beach Concrete Co is a Locally Owned & Operated concrete company based in Royal Palm Beach, pouring driveways, patios, slabs, stamped concrete and sidewalks across Palm Beach County. We visit the site, measure it, and send a detailed written quote before any work begins. The estimate is free.

Who We Are and How We Work

Royal Palm Beach Concrete Co is a Locally Owned & Operated company in Royal Palm Beach, and the quote you get is written after we stand on your lot and measure it. The swale in front of your house and the rainy-season afternoons that stall a pour are part of our own week, so we plan around them instead of promising a schedule the weather will break.

Our work comes with the claims our neighbors have already seen: 40+ Years Experience, Fully Insured, Satisfaction Guaranteed. We also run on More Than 1367 Satisfied Clients in Palm Beach County, and we are Highly rated by your neighbors in Palm Beach County. We state those once. What you can check yourself is simpler: a free estimate, a detailed written quote before any work begins, and the permit forms named up front.

We put it in writing because a verbal deal can go wrong in two ways: a driveway poured too thin or too fast that has to be torn up and redone, or a job left half finished with debris in the yard. A written scope with the thickness, the base, the finish and the removal of old concrete is the first protection against both, and it matches the plan the permit is filed on.

What We Pour

We pour five kinds of work. Concrete driveways include full tear-out and replacement, widening, aprons and the swale crossing. Patios and porches cover back slabs, lanais and covered seating areas. Slabs and foundations include shed pads, garage floors and small additions. Stamped and decorative concrete adds pattern, color and sealer. Sidewalks and walkways connect a driveway to a front door or run through a yard.

If you are searching for a paver driveway in Royal Palm Beach, stamped concrete is the poured alternative: a pattern pressed into the surface with color, priced at $12 to $20 per square foot. If you are remodeling a driveway, the route is a tear-out and a new pour, which adds $2 to $4 per square foot to the $7 to $13 range for a plain or broom finish. Both come with a free written estimate after we see the site.

Why Royal Palm Beach Is Home Base

The Village of Royal Palm Beach was incorporated in 1959, covers about 11 square miles and sits 10 miles west of the Atlantic Ocean. The entire village is designated a bird sanctuary, and its Tree City USA designation dates to 1990. Neighborhoods such as Madison Green, La Mancha and Counterpoint Estates sit inside the village, along with Royal Palm Beach Commons Park and its 19-acre lake, Veterans Park and Crestwood Park North.

Living here means knowing what the Village Building Department will ask for. Driveway, Slab, Pavers and Sidewalk are separate permit types, a Pervious Area Form goes with anything that reduces the pervious area, and the Village's homeowner guide says starting without a permit costs 4 times the calculated permit fee. The same guide calls a contractor who asks you to pull your own owner-builder permit "a giant RED FLAG". We have read the Village's driveway standards sheet closely enough to quote to it. The permit guide for Palm Beach County covers the other offices.

How a Job Runs From Quote to Final Inspection

Step one is a quote form or a phone call. We ask a series of questions about the project, the lot and the timing. Step two is the site visit, where we measure, check your survey and the swale, and note easements and access for the truck. Step three is a detailed written quote that names the price per square foot, the thickness, the base, the finish, and the permit forms your job pulls. We agree on a day to get started.

On the job, the crew sets forms, compacts the base and schedules the form board inspection, then pours, finishes and cuts joints. The surface is protected while it cures, and the job closes with the final inspection. If something on your lot changes the price, such as muck, an easement or a long wheelbarrow carry, we tell you in writing before it is done.
